Abstract
Purpose : In this study, we divided the group that provided virtual reality rehabilitation programs along with the current stimulation of the tDCS and the virtual reality rehabilitation program into groups to find out the balance of mild cognitive impairment patients, balance and fall-related fitness.

Methods : The experimental group (tDCS + virtual reality rehabilitation program) and the control group (false tDCS + virtual reality rehabilitation program) were divided by 15 people, five times a week for a total of 30 minutes a day for six weeks. Berg Balance Scale was used to find out the balance before and after intervention, and to find out the fall-related fitness, to sit and stand in a chair, to return 244cm, and to take a single step.

Results : As a result of this study, both the experimental and control groups have increased their balance and fall-related fitness. However, there were more statistically significant differences in the experimental group than in the control group.

Conclusion : The application of the tDCS and virtual rehabilitation program is a method that can positively be applied to the balance of patients with mild congitive impariment
